Quotations

Quotations are prepared from the information, drawings and measurements provided or surveyed, remain valid for the period stated on the quotation, and are subject to material price fluctuations where stated.

Work and workmanship

Fabrication and installation work is carried out to applicable British and European standards. Specific contractual terms (programme, payment terms, retention and variations) are agreed in writing per project.

Intellectual property

Design drawings and fabrication details we produce remain our property until paid for in full, after which agreed usage rights transfer to the client.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. We hold comprehensive business insurance; details available on request.
