The brief
The development needed a structural steel package and an access staircase delivered together, with design responsibility sitting with the fabricator rather than split across consultants and subcontractors.
What we delivered
- Structural steel design: steelwork designed and detailed in-house against the project requirements

- Custom staircase: designed as part of the structural package, so stair landings, supports and connections were engineered once, not retrofitted
